Store status
When Glood needs a new Shopify permission, the store shows New permissions
needed with the full scope list. Add the scopes to your app in the Shopify dev
dashboard (Versions → Create version → Access, paste the whole list,
Release), then Update permissions and approve in Shopify. The store
stays connected while you do this.
Overview
The store’s plan, currency, time zone, primary domain, the domain it was connected with, when it was connected and last synced, and the access scopes Shopify granted.Changes
Everything an agent in Act mode changed on this store’s orders: tags added or removed, and risk assessments. Each row has a Revert. See Changes.Monitoring
What Glood collects from this store on its own, and how often. Everyone who can see the store can read this tab; changing it needsstore:write. Save with the
save bar at the bottom of the screen.
Each collector has a switch, How often, and the status of its last run
(Running, Succeeded, Failed or Waiting for first run).
Agents use the first two to answer “what changed in the store around that time”,
and Insights uses the probe for its storefront checks.
The storefront probe
Switching the probe on confirms you own the store or are authorised to test it, and allows Glood to visit it with an automated browser on the schedule you set. The date you switched it on is shown under the switch.
What the probe finds appears under Reports → Store health.
Crawler access
Without it, Shopify may slow down or block Glood’s visits.1
Create a signature in Shopify
In your Shopify admin, Online Store → Preferences → Crawler access.
2
Paste the headers
Paste them into Crawler access, one
Name: value per line. Glood reads
the expiry from the signature.3
Save
The field then shows Set, expires and the date.
